One Love Asia Festival 香港 2024

由IMC Live Global舉辦的One Love Asia Festival音樂節將於今年再次盛大舉行，並首次登陸香港！為期三天的音樂節將迎來豪華陣容，包括香港天后容祖兒、新晉歌手SICA 何洛瑤 和WINWIN 楊安妮、全能天王周湯豪、金曲歌后田馥甄、亞洲舞王羅志祥、台灣樂團理想混蛋、香港創作歌手AGA 江海迦、音樂才子韋禮安、香港創作歌手GARETH.T湯令山、香港男團MIRROR的4 位團員Keung To 姜濤、Anson Lo 盧瀚霆、Jer 柳應廷、Jeremy 李駿傑、新晉女團VIVA、率性女聲閻奕格、搖滾樂團八三夭、台灣創作歌手艾怡良、香港流行樂隊RubberBand及唱作全才張敬軒。這場音樂饗宴將有16組藝人輪流上陣，除了VIVA會帶給大家20分鐘的精彩開場，每組藝人會分別帶來40分鐘無間斷的演出。不僅如此，觀眾還可以盡情享受多方位的娛樂體驗，包括垂涎三尺的美食，度過一個難以忘懷的時光。

Presented by IMC Live Global, the mega music and lifestyle extravaganza, One Love Asia Festival, returns this year with its debut in Hong Kong! Over three days, this festival will showcase an exceptional line-up of artists, featuring talents such as Joey Yung, SICA and WINWIN, NICKTHEREAL, Hebe Tien, Show Lo, Bestards, AGA, WeiBird, Gareth.T, four members of Hong Kong's MIRROR: Keung To, Anson Lo, Jer Lau, and Jeremy Lee, VIVA, Janice Yan, 831, Eve Ai, RubberBand, and Hins Cheung. Besides VIVA who will be the opening act for 20 minutes, the remaining 15 acts will be taking the stage, each delivering 40 minutes of uninterrupted entertainment, attendees are in for an unforgettable experience. Beyond the music, audiences can enjoy a diverse range of entertainment offerings and tantalizing cuisine, promising a weekend filled with cherished memories.

1. 本活動採用全電子門票形式。成功購買門票後，閣下可隨時在 KKTIX App 或 KKTIX 網站查看到電子門票 QR Code。您可以前往 App Store／Google Play 下載 KKTIX App，入場時以手提電話出示 QR Code。
   Only e-ticket will be issued for this event. E-tickets can be viewed on the KKTIX App and KKTIX website upon successful purchase. You can download the KKTIX App on the App Store／Google Play to display your QR code at entry.
2. 門票限以 KKTIX 會員購買。請購票人士先免費加入成會員並盡早通過手機號碼及電子郵件地址驗證，以便進行購票流程。接收不到電話驗證碼短訊怎麼辦？請點我。
   To purchase tickets, you must become a KKTIX member. Please sign up as a member for free and verify your email address and phone number at your earliest convenience. Unable to receive the phone number verification code? Please read me.
3. 為了確保您的權益，強烈建議您在註冊會員或結帳時填寫的聯絡人電子郵件，盡量不要使用 Yahoo 或 Hotmail 郵件信箱，以免因為擋信、漏信，甚至被視為垃圾郵件而無法收到「訂單成立通知信」。
   An order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. To avoid the failure of receiving the order confirmation email, KKTIX does NOT suggest using Yahoo or Hotmail email for registration.
4. 系統發出之 QR Code 電子票券等同正式入場門票，一組 QR Code 限一人使用。如閣下購買的是多張門票，則會收到同等數量的 QR Code。
   The QR code on your e-ticket is equivalent to the official admission ticket. One QR code can only be used by one person. You will receive an equal amount of QR code according to your purchase amount.
5. 每位 KKTIX 會員限購 12 張。訂單一旦成立，恕不接受更改、取消、退回或退款。
   Each KKTIX member can purchase up to 12 tickets. No modifications, cancellations, returns or refunds will be accepted once the order is established.
6. 每張門票需要加上 HK$3 行政手續費 及 HK$12 平台手續費。 
   Handling fee of HK$3 and KKTIX booking fee of HK$12 are applicable to each ticket.
7. 本活動只接受 VISA / Mastercard / UnionPay 信用卡付款。
   This event only accepts VISA / Mastercard / UnionPay credit cards.
8. 此活動為全場企位：請根據現場工作人員指示輪候入場。
   This is an all standing event. Please follow the admission arrangements at the venue.
9. 每個訂單成立後會向您發出「訂單成立通知」電郵。電子郵件可能因不同因素未能寄到您的郵箱，因此僅作交易通知之用。沒收到「訂單成立通知」電郵不代表交易沒有成功。一旦無法確認訂單是否交易成功，請前往會員帳戶的「訂單」查詢您的消費資料。只要是成功的訂單，皆會顯示您所消費的資訊；若查不到您所訂購的資訊或是收到訂單逾期取消的通知，即表示交易並未成功，請重新訂票。若您是付款失敗，請於付款期限之內再次嘗試用信用卡付款。
   An order confirmation email will be sent to your email address upon each successful purchase. The email could be undelievered to your email system due to various reasons. The confirmation email is for notification purposes only. The inability to receive the confirmation email does not equal to failure of the transaction. You can visit “Your Billing List” to view the details of your orders. If you cannot view the related order or if you receive a cancellation notification email, that means your transaction failed and you should try ordering again. If your payment method fails during the purchase, please try again within the specified time limit.
10. KKTIX 系統沒有固定的清票時間，只要消費者沒有於期限內完成付款，未付款的門票就會陸陸續續釋放出來，消費者可隨時留意網頁是否有釋出可購買的門票。
    KKTIX will release the tickets accordingly from the uncompleted orders by customers who do not finish the payment within the time limit. Customers can check the availability of tickets by visiting our website.

注意事項 Terms & Conditions

1. 購票前請詳閱注意事項，一旦購票成功視為同意所有活動注意事項。
   Please pay attention to all terms and conditions. You agree to all rules and regulations if you complete your order.
2. 請勿於拍賣網站或是其他非 KKTIX 正式授權售票之渠路、網站購票，除可能衍生詐騙案件或交易糾紛外，以免影響自身權益，若發生演出現場無法入場或是其他問題，主辦單位及 KKTIX 概不負責。
   To protect your rights and interests, please do not purchase tickets through any unofficial ticketing platforms or channels that are not authorized by KKTIX. Fraud and disputes may occur during the transaction. Meanwhile, the organizer and KKTIX will not be responsible for any admission issues or other problems caused by the tickets from unauthorized ticketing platforms.
3. 已售出門票恕不接受任何退票、退款。
   No returns, exchanges or refunds will be accepted once the ticket is sold.
4. 每票只限一人。一人一票、憑票入場。如遇門票遺失或損毀，恕不補發。請務必妥善保管好購買之門票。
   Each ticket admits one person only. No reissue of any ticket lost or damaged. Please keep your QR Code / e-ticket safe.
5. 此活動之門票為不記名門票，請勿將票券 QR Code 任意公開或提供給第三人，以防遭人冒領入場。
   The tickets for this event are bearer tickets. Please do not publicize the QR Code on your ticket to avoid any unauthorized admission.
6. 如發現購買門票時有任何不尋常的紀錄、炒賣或任何涉及違法的行為，KKTIX 有權取消其入場資格並保留一切法律追究的權利。所有已支付的門票費用，包括手續費及行政費均不會退還。
   If any unusual transactions, illegal acts or speculation is found, KKTIX has the right to cancel their qualifications of entry and reserves the right to take legal actions. All ticket fees paid, including booking and handling fees, will not be refunded.
7. 場館鼓勵觀眾盡量避免攜帶手提袋/背包入場。
   Audiences are encouraged not to bring bags/backpacks to the event hall.
8. 所有企位觀眾必須驗證門票兌換入場手帶才能進場。
   All audiences are required to verify their festival tickets to exchange for a wristband of the respective festival date to enter the venue.
9. 如需再次進場，請向保安人員出示相應日期的入場手帶。亞洲國際博覽館有權增刪及更換該權利。
   ［詳細資料：音樂節開場前1.5小時（實際時間根據現場情況而定），企位等候區之觀眾可開始順序進入音樂節場館。
   以上措施可能按現場實際情況而有所變更，亞洲國際博覽館管理有限公司保留修改入場安排的權利而不作另行通知。］
   For audience who would like to re-enter the venue, please present the wristband of the respective festival date. AWE reserves the right to amend the admission procedures from time to time.

10. 由於音樂節沒有制定座位，因此不會為持票的輪椅人士及其陪同人員提供輪椅座位票。輪椅顧客仍然可以購買門票參加音樂節。
    As the music festival is a standing event, there will not be any wheelchair seat tickets designated for persons who depend on wheelchair for mobility and their accompanying minders. Wheelchair patron can still purchase regular tickets from the festival and attend the festival in the standing pen.
11. 表演場內不准進行未獲授權的攝影、錄影及錄音。觀眾進入場館前，須接受手提袋/背包檢查。38 X 30 X 20 厘米（15 X 12 X 8吋）以上物品、所有專業相機、攝錄及錄音器材及矮凳/可折疊式座椅均禁止帶進表演場內。不准攜帶長傘進入演唱會。如有上述限制物品，請寄存於行李寄存服務櫃位或地下的自助儲物箱。
    Unauthorised photography, filming or recording is strictly prohibited in the event hall. Bag searches will be conducted prior to entering the event hall. Article bigger than the dimensions of 38 cm X 30 cm X 20 cm (i.e. 15 inches X 12 inches X 8 inches) as well as all professional cameras, video/voice recorders and stools/folded chairs are not allowed in the event hall. Long umbrellas are not allowed in the event hall. Please place restricted article(s) at Baggage Storage Counter or self-service lockers at the Ground Floor Level.
12. 基於安全理由，場館範圍內不准攜帶「自拍桿」。
    For safety reason, selfie stick is prohibited in AsiaWorld-Expo.
13. 企位觀眾年齡限制：只限12歲或以上及身高140cm或以上。
    Age limit for Standing zone: 12 or above and Height limit: 140 cm or above.
14. 亞洲國際博覽館範圍內嚴禁吸煙。
    Smoking is prohibited in AsiaWorld-Expo.
15. 不准攜帶外來食品及飲品進入亞洲國際博覽館。
    No outside food and beverage are allowed in AsiaWorld-Expo.
16. 嚴禁攜帶玻璃樽、任何比空氣輕的充氣物體，不論其物料(如：氣球)、任何危險品、武器、噴霧類或利器等物品進入表演場內。
    No glass bottles, inflated objects that are lighter-than-air in any kinds of materials (i.e. balloons), hazardous materials, weapons, aerosol cans and any sharp objects is allowed inside the event hall.
17. 於亞洲國際博覽館範圍內嚴禁攜帶及使用違禁藥物。
    Possessing or using any illegal drugs is prohibited inside AsiaWorld-Expo.
18. 於亞洲國際博覽館範圍內嚴禁售賣或派發未獲授權的商品或其他物品。
    Selling or distributing unauthorized merchandise or other items is strictly prohibited within AsiaWorld-Expo.
19. 不准站於座椅上。
    No standing on chairs.
20. 不准於樓梯及公眾走廊停留。
    No waiting at staircase and circulation corridor.
21. 嚴禁攜帶及發放煙花、煙火、或使用激光儀器。
    Possessing and using fireworks, pyro or laser device is prohibited.
22. 不准攜帶及使用任何遙控飛行設備或玩具(如：模型直升機、無人駕駛飛機)。
    No remote-controlled aerial device or toy is allowed (e.g. model helicopters or drones).
23. 演出可能會有強光、閃光或煙霧效果，如觀眾感到不適或需要協助，請盡快通知現場醫療或保安人員。
    Performance may contain strong and strobe lighting and smoke, please inform any medical staff or security of AsiaWorld-Expo, if feeling unwell or any assistance is needed.
24. 嚴禁炒賣門票。門票如已被使用或轉售、分享予他人或作其他商業用途，亞洲國際博覽館管理有限公司及主辦機構將保留取消該門票之決定權。
    No ticket scalping is allowed. AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited and the event organiser reserve the right to void any ticket if it is used, resold, shared or used for any commercial purposes or association.
25. 遲到者或被安排於適當時候方可進場，惟不能保證遲到者之進場權利。
    Latecomers may only be admitted during a suitable break in the event. However, admittance is not guaranteed due to lateness.
26. 除獲亞洲國際博覽館管理有限公司所發出之書面同意的導盲犬外，所有人士均不得攜帶任何動物進入場館。
    No animals are permitted in AsiaWorld-Expo except registered guide dogs upon obtaining prior written consent of AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited.
27. 持票人士使用門票時將被視為同意遵守及接受亞洲國際博覽館、主辦機構及其官方票務之可適用條款及細則。各項條款及細則將不時修改而不作另行通知。
    The ticket holder agrees to abide by the applicable rules and regulations of AsiaWorld-Expo, event organiser and the official ticketing agent, as amended from time to time without notice, and use of this ticket by the ticket holder shall be deemed as express acceptance of same. 
28. 亞洲國際博覽館管理有限公司作為場地提供者不能保證參加者的視野在活動中完全不受任何阻礙。
    AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited as the venue provider cannot guarantee the participant’s view is totally free from any obstruction during an event.
29. 如有任何爭議，亞洲國際博覽館管理有限公司及主辦機構保留最終決定權。
    AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited and the event organiser reserve the right to have the final decision in case of any disputes.
30. 請持票觀眾務必遵守主辦方及場館的各項規定。如有干擾活動進行之行為，主辦方有權請其離場。
    You must follow all rules and regulations arranged by the organizer and the venue. If anyone interferes with the event, the organizer reserves the right to ask them to leave the venue.
31. 活動相關訊息變動，主辦單位保留隨時變更或終止此活動之權利。
    The organizer reserves the rights to suspend, terminate, amend or modify the event if there are any changes necessary.
