演唱會開場前2小時(實際時間根據現場情況而定)，企位等候區之觀眾可開始順序進入演唱場館。
當企位等候區之觀眾開始進場，其後到達之觀眾的門票序號將會作廢。此等觀眾並須待所有企位等候區的觀眾進場後方可進場。

《亞洲國際博覽館》重要啟示
- 表演場內不准進行未獲授權的攝影、錄影及錄音。觀眾進入場館前，須接受手提袋/背包檢查。38 X 30 X 20 厘米 (15 X 12 X 8吋) 以上手提袋/背包、所有專業相機、攝錄及錄音器材及矮凳/可折疊式座椅均禁止帶進表演場內。不准攜帶長傘進入演唱會企位區。如有上述限制物品，請寄存於禮賓服務處或地下的自助儲物箱。
- 活動門票必須從官方票務銷售點購買。任何損毀、污損、經過塗改、殘缺不全或複印之門票，一概將不受理。
- 所有門票均不設退款或作任何轉讓。每票只限一人，並須按照主辦機構設定的觀眾年齡限制。任何情況下，遺失的企位或不設劃位門票均不獲補發。
- 基於安全理由，場館範圍內不准攜帶「自拍桿」。

Arrangement for Seating Zone
- Audiences are encouraged not to bring bags/backpacks to the event hall. Express Lanes for admission are available for audiences NOT carrying bags/backpacks.
- All audiences are required to go through handheld metal detector checking before entering the event hall (if applicable).
- For audience who would like to re-enter the venue, please present the re-entry token together with the original concert admission ticket to our admission staff. AWE reserves the right to amend the admission procedures from time to time.
Arrangement for Standing Zone
- Audiences are encouraged not to bring bags/backpacks to the event hall. Express Lanes for admission are available for audiences NOT carrying bags/backpacks.
- All audiences are required to go through handheld metal detector checking before entering the event hall (if applicable).
- All audiences are required to wear a security wristband for crowd control and contingency management (if applicable).
- For audience who would like to re-enter the venue, please present the re-entry token together with the original concert admission ticket and the security wristband. AWE reserves the right to amend the admission procedures from time to time.
- The order of admission to the Standing Zone is based on the designated queuing number as printed on the admission ticket and the confirmation email. The queuing number is automatically generated by the ticketing system after each successful transaction.

Holding Area for the Standing Zone ticket holders opens 4 hours before show time, subject to change based on actual situation. Standing Zone ticket holders should queue up at the Holding Area according to both the ZONE/SECTION and the sequence of queuing number as printed on the admission ticket.
Standing Zone ticket holders can enter to the event hall 2 hours before show time, subject to change based on actual situation, according to the queuing number.
The queuing number printed on the ticket will no longer be valid once the admission to event hall commences. Standing Zone ticket holders who arrive after the commencement of admission would be required to enter the event hall after all the tickets holders within the Holding Area have been admitted.
The arrangement above will be subject to change based on the actual situation. AsiaWorld-Expo Management Ltd. reserves the right to amend the arrangement without prior notice.]
“AsiaWorld-Expo” Important Notice
- Unauthorised photography, filming or recording is strictly prohibited in the event hall. Bag searches will be conducted prior to entering the event hall. Bags bigger than the dimensions of 38 cm X 30 cm X 20 cm (i.e. 15 inches X 12 inches X 8 inches) as well as all professional cameras, video/voice recorders and stools/folded chairs are not allowed in the event hall. Long umbrellas are not allowed in the standing zone of the concert. Please place restricted article(s) at the Concierge or self-service lockers at the Ground Floor Level.
- All tickets must purchase from official ticketing agents. Defaced, damaged, copied or otherwise altered tickets will not be entertained.
- All tickets are non-refundable or non-exchangeable. Each ticket admits one (1) person only, subject to any age restrictions set by the organiser. Reissues for lost free seating or standing tickets cannot be processed under any circumstances.
- For safety reason, selfie stick is prohibited in AsiaWorld-Expo.
- Age limit: 3 or above.
- Age limit for Standing zone: 12 or above and Height limit: 140 cm or above
- Smoking is prohibited in AsiaWorld-Expo.
- No outside food and beverage is allowed in AsiaWorld-Expo.
- No glass bottles, inflated objects that are lighter-than-air in any kinds of materials (i.e. balloons), hazardous materials , weapons, aerosol cans and any sharp objects is allowed inside the event hall.
- Possessing or using any illegal drugs is prohibited inside AsiaWorld-Expo.
- Selling or distributing unauthorized merchandise or other items is strictly prohibited within AsiaWorld-Expo.
- No standing on chairs.
- Possessing or using fireworks, pyro and laser device is prohibited.
- No remote-controlled aerial device or toy is allowed (e.g. model helicopters or drones).
- Performance may contain strong and strobe lighting and smoke, please inform any medical staff or security of AsiaWorld-Expo, if feeling unwell or any assistance is needed.
- No ticket scalping is allowed. AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited and the event organiser reserve the right to void any ticket if it is used, resold, shared or used for any commercial purposes or association.
- Latecomers may only be admitted during a suitable break in the event. However, admittance is not guaranteed due to lateness.
- No animals are permitted in AsiaWorld-Expo except registered guide dogs upon obtaining prior written consent of AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited.
- The ticket holder agrees to abide by the applicable rules and regulations of AsiaWorld-Expo, event organiser and the official ticketing agent, as amended from time to time without notice, and use of this ticket by the ticket holder shall be deemed as express acceptance of same.
- AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited and the event organiser reserve the right to have the final decision in case of any disputes.
- If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version of this Notice, the English version shall prevail.

- Every ticket will be collected HKD$8 as handling charge.
- Complete orders and Tickets are non-transferable, no refunds, exchanges or cancellation once ticket(s) are sold.
- Each electronic ticket admits one person only. The electronic ticket must be provided for admission.
- Only BLOCK A, B, C and D are marked as free standing area, the others are assigned seats. The system will follow the preset logic to scan from the default preferred seat to select appropriate location of the available seats matching the required quantity to customers for consideration. The seat numbers may not be in sequence if there are no consecutive seats.
- The order of admission of standing zone is based on the designated queuing number printed on the ticket and the confirmation email. The queuing number is generated by the system after each successful transaction. If there is unsuccessful transaction, the designated queuing number maybe taken by other customers, therefore the queuing number of each ticket of the same order may not be in sequence number. (Sequence Number: seat number on the ticket)
- After your order is successfully completed, an order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. Please check all the mailboxes as there may have some issue that lead to failure of receiving email (e.g.: junk mail). If you can’t receive the confirmation email, it does not mean the purchase order is incomplete or the payment transaction is failed. Please try to process payment transaction again (even you have already received the authorize message or email from issued bank). If you still could not receive the confirmation email, please log in to KKTIX account to check your order record. The order will be cancelled due to time out. Please purchase the ticket(s) again. If the order cannot be confirmed successfully, please log in to KKTIX account to check your order record. If no order information can be found in your purchase record, please purchase the ticket(s) again.
- To protect your rights and interest, please do not purchase any tickets through any others ticketing channels or platforms which are not authorized by KKTIX. Fraud and dispute may cause during the transaction. Meanwhile, the Organizer and KKTIX will not responsible for tickets from unauthorized ticketing platform about the admission and other issues caused.
- In order to protect your rights, please keep your ticket (QR Code) safe. Ticket will not be reissued if it lost.
- KKTIX will randomly release the uncompleted orders’ tickets. Customers who have not finish the payment during the purchasing time, the order will be counted as incomplete and ticket will be released. Customers can go to website to check the availability of ticket sales.
- Please follow the house rule of late admission arrangement by the venue.
- The Organizer shall have the right to suspend or terminate the Promotion or amend or modify its terms and conditions if there are any changes of the event.
